MILLENNIUM MANPOWER CORPORATION, an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, was started with the intention of providing quality service in Private Investigations, Security Services and Facility Services. We are one of the very few Security Agencies who sincerely and honestly meet the Government statutory requirements and maintain high quality standards.

MMC gives full training to all their personnel so that there are uniformity and correctness in their performance. This is made possible due to the dedicated Managers, motivated guards, continuous training, close monitoring and interaction with clients.

To highlight a few of our salient features,

  • We provide fully trained manpower, who is trained to be cheerful and dedicated in their work.
  • We ensure that our guards are always smartly turned out and perform duties in proper uniform and are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • We can organize fire safety training/Emergency Evacuation drills/Mock drills/Audit Survey etc. at reasonable cost to our clients.
  • We believe in “Zero Loss” and “Total loss prevention” to our clients.
  • We believe in adhering to the Minimum Wages and all statutory obligations. Payment of statutory(EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Service Tax) at stipulated time.
  • We ensure that our security personnel are paid their monthly wages on or before the 10th of every month through Bank ATM.
  • Shortly we are planning to cover all security personnel by Accident Insurance by which they are covered Rs. 2.00 Lakhs for death and Rs. 50,000/- for hospitalization treatment due to accidents.
  • We exercise day to day control over the security personnel through our well knit network, i.e., Unit in charge ->Sector Officer->Area Manager->Operation Manager -> General Manager.
  • We are known for our quick response and depending on the situation we attend to customer complaints immediately.
  • Our Managers have rich experience of 20-25 years in the field of security and our top level Executives are Ex-Military/Police Officers.
  • Regular feedback from clients and taking appropriate action.
  • Conduct of functional audit once in three months, to suggest measures to enhance the existing systems and procedures.
  • Customer satisfaction survey reports, to implement desired changes to improve the quality of security services.
  • The guidance/advice/suggestions on any security related matter with our senior manager is always available to our clients. We believe in providing value added services to our clients appropriate to the functioning of the company.

Our agency is controlled by Area Officers and Sector Officers. They are provided with Cell Phone and a Two wheeler. Whenever there is a problem or urgency, the client needs to contact his own Area Officer who will rush to the spot and offer necessary help.

We are also happy to inform you that we are in possession of Licenses to engage in the business of Private Security Agency issued by the Inspector General of Police (Welfare), the Licensing authority of the Government of Tamilnadu.
